Our 2007 version of our Elderberry Wine is produced with hand picked North Dakota elderberries. We finish this wine semi-dry and medium bodied to bring out the wonderful taste of elderberries. Many people have the 2006 Elderberry wine aging in their cellars as we speak/read this. The 2007 Elderberry wine has been produced less intense which means it is ready to enjoy today. Many people have been requesting our Elderberry Wine in large quantities for the health benefits of elderberries. This will only continue to grow.
